Consultation rules
One discussion about one child’s concern, including related messages and clarification.
What counts as one consultation?
One discussion with your chosen doctor about one registered child’s health concern, through messages or a call on Telegram, Messenger or Viber.
It includes your explanation, relevant photos or test results, the doctor’s questions and advice. Multiple messages, or switching from messages to a call about the same concern, do not count as separate consultations.
Clarification of the advice is part of that consultation. A new concern, a new assessment because symptoms have changed, or another child’s concern counts separately. A consultation finishes when the doctor provides advice and next steps. Unanswered calls and messages do not count.
Service hours and response times
Ulaanbaatar time · During these hours: message response within 1 hour; missed-call callback within 15 minutes.
These are response commitments during service hours, not a promise that the consultation will be completed in that time. If the situation may be an emergency, seek immediate care.
After-hours calls and the additional fee
Available only with an active 1-, 3- or 6-month subscription, subject to doctor availability. See your chosen doctor’s package for the additional fee.
The fee applies only if the doctor immediately answers your call and provides a consultation. The doctor confirms the charge before proceeding.
No fee for unanswered calls, a brief answer saying the doctor is unavailable, or delayed replies to messages sent during service hours. After-hours messages and missed calls do not carry the usual response commitments. After-hours availability is not guaranteed.
What is included and excluded?
Included: remote consultation, explanation of existing test results and reports within the doctor’s specialty, child-health advice, follow-up guidance and recommended next steps, including when an in-person assessment is needed.
Not included: emergency care, continuous monitoring, prescriptions, physical examinations, procedures, laboratory tests or guaranteed hospital admission or priority access. Remote advice has limitations; the doctor may recommend an in-person examination.
Not for emergencies. Do not wait for an online reply in an emergency. Seek immediate medical care.
